How the service works

Purchasing a bespoke garden design plan or an exclusive garden design gift package is easy! Choose from our excellent value Basic, Silver or Gold garden design packages. The cost of your design plans will be based on the size of your garden. If you are purchasing a garden design as a gift and would like a presentation pack simply add their name to the box provided.

A consultation pack will normally arrive within a week of purchase (allow 14 days for delivery). Simply complete the questionnaire and garden survey using the instructions. Return this information to us and you will receive;

Basic and Silver Guilt packages are fully upgradable for 12 months after purchase to Silver Guilt / Gold or Gold respectively. Allowing you to have the choice of a more detailed landscape scheme.

How to Place an Order

1. Measure the size of your garden and calculate the area you wish to have re designed. Work out the square meter value by multiplying the length by the width e.g. 10m x 30m = 300 sq m

2. Legal stuff - Read terms and conditions

3. Click on the ‘BUY NOW’ button. You will be taken to the Paypal website for your transaction to be processed. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE. Your transaction will be processed securely (look for the https to display in your web browser) which is secured with a 128 bit encryption code. You can choose to use your credit or debit card (lower left of the screen) or pay with Paypal if you have a Paypal account.

4. Once we have received your order we will email confirming your purchase. If you have any difficulty please email info@gardenplanningcompany.co.uk. You will receive your consultation pack in the post. This will contain all the information you need to survey your garden.

5. When your completed forms are received we will get to work on re-designing your garden to your precise requirements. We will call you during this process to make sure we have understood your brief. You will receive your new garden plans within 30 days of us receiving your information.
