What if I’m not happy with the plans? |
We are confident that you will be delighted with your new garden design. In the unlikely event that you are not happy, we ask you for your reasons and will then re-draw the plans for you for FREE. See terms and conditions. |

What if I need help completing the forms? |
The questionnaire and survey instructions are very easy to follow. If you do get stuck we are very happy to answer any questions you may have. |

How much will it cost to build the garden you have designed? |
As part of the questionnaire brief we give you the option of what budget you would like to set aside for materials. This is not an overall budget for build as contractors’ labour charges differ according to region. |

Will I be able to find all the hard landscape materials on my plan locally? |
Yes – all materials chosen for your garden will be available from national builders’ merchants. If we include anything more bespoke we will detail the supplier. |

Can you arrange to have the garden built? |
We offer a build service for the smaller garden in Bristol and Herts. You can find details of landscape contractors in local directories. |

| Can someone come and survey my garden for me? |
If you live within Bristol or Herts then YES – (subject to a consultation fee). If you don’t then the answer is probably NO – but please contact us to find out more. |

What if I don’t understand the plan? |
Our plans are very simple to understand. If you have a problem give us a call, we will be happy to discuss any aspect of the plan we have provided for you. |

| I have purchased a basic package but I would now like a planting plan, can I upgrade to gold? |
Yes - simply email us with your previous order details and we'll instruct you on how to upgrade. You have up to 12 months after your original purchase to upgrade by just paying the difference in value between packages.
